Hi, my name is Scott Crump and I am the surfer/shaper behind Crump Shapes at Hollywood Surf Supply. The brand name is a tongue-in-cheek reference to something we are not… Hollywood!

But I like the name and people don’t forget it! Anyway…

Originally from California, I have a long history of surfing, shaping, and designing surfboards (over 30 years) I put my life’s work and experience into every board I make. Fortunate to shape for surfers at the highest level, as well as develop boards for groms progression and everything and everyone in between.

I enjoy the process and experience with every client. I was a professional surfer for 25 years and am based in Australia at Lennox Head. Surfing here at home and traveling regularly to top wave locations around the world (and to your beach) to test my designs and keep the stoke!

Every model in our lineup is really a starting point for your next custom board. They are all 100% proven performers!!!

Working with our great manufacturing partners in Australia, Robert and the crew at South Coast Foam, lite bright with great flex and quality glassing at Core Vision both on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We produce the finest surfboards there are!

Also in Brasil, I work with Dino at FGlass in beautiful Maresias SP. His crew are all friends of mine and they live and breathe surfboards of the finest craftsmanship, quality, and futuristic materials there are!
